Prodijent helps engineering teams understand work across connected systems such as GitHub and Google Calendar. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information from connected services, and limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Account Information

We collect information such as your name, email address, and authentication details when you create and use a Prodijent account.

GitHub Information

If you connect GitHub, Prodijent may process repository metadata, pull requests, reviews, issues, commits, installation metadata, and GitHub account identifiers needed to provide the service.

Google Calendar Information

If you connect Google Calendar, Prodijent may process your primary calendar identifier, calendar time zone, and free/busy availability. Prodijent uses this data only to provide personal schedule context such as busy time summaries, likely focus windows, and availability-aware prioritization.

Technical and Usage Information

We may collect logs, diagnostic information, browser details, and usage information needed to secure, maintain, and improve the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide workflow insights, show personal schedule context, maintain and secure the service, support users, and improve the product.

Google Calendar Data Use

Google Calendar data is used only to power in-app user-facing features such as busy time summaries, focus windows, and availability-aware prioritization. Prodijent does not create, edit, delete, or respond to calendar events.

No Advertising Use

Prodijent does not use Google Calendar data for advertising and does not sell Google user data to third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as necessary with service providers, to comply with law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Google API Data

Prodijent's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Model Training

Google Calendar data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized machine learning or artificial intelligence models.

Access Scope

Prodijent requests only read-only Google Calendar scopes needed for personal schedule context.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Calendar connection metadata, encrypted tokens, and limited upcoming schedule context may be retained while a connection is active and for a reasonable period after disconnection where needed for security and operational purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may update account information, disconnect providers such as GitHub or Google Calendar, revoke Google account access through your Google permissions, or stop using the service.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Children's Privacy

Prodijent is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
